Prepared strictly from the highest quality raw ingredients, the seasonal driven menu rotates every week to ensure that we’re all supporting farmers in our community, while serving only the freshest and most nourishing food to her customers.

Tom Yum Khon ~ A Thai soup made with grilled chicken or tofu, organic chicken broth, fresh crisp vegetables, fresh lemon grass, bamboo shoots, Thai basil, chilies, coconut milk and jasmine rice.
Chicken Tortilla ~ organic chicken stock, pulled roasted chicken, fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic, and topped with cabbage, red bell pepper, cilantro slaw and fresh crisp tortilla chips.
Roasted Heirloom Tomato & Basil ~ organic heirloom tomatoes roasted with onions, herbs and olive oil then blended with a rich vegetable stock, fresh organic basil, Italian parsley, red chili peppers, and a splash of cream.
Lemon Chicken with Tarragon & Wild Rice ~ a savory soup of organic chicken stock blended with fresh organic eggs and lemon then simmered with grilled citrus marinated chicken, garden veggies, tarragon and wild rice.
Coconut Green Curry ~ grilled lemongrass chicken, bok choy, fresh organic green beans, bamboo shoots, green onions, sweet carrots, mushrooms, Thai green curry, and coconut milk.
Broccoli Cheddar ~ organic vegetable stock simmered with a saute of onion, shallot, and garlic, and blended with fresh broccoli, organic chives and sharp cheddar cheese.
Corn Chowder with Crispy Bacon ~ organic chicken stock simmered with pulled roasted chicken, fresh corn, red bell peppers, Yukon gold potatoes, leeks, onions, and shallot and topped with crispy bacon and fresh chives.
Butternut Squash ~ rich buttery squash roasted with shallots and fresh herbs then blended with a savory organic vegetable stock and herbs.
Miso with Udon Noodles ~ traditional Miso broth simmered with shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, julienne carrots, fresh baby spinach, ginger, garlic, udon noodles and topped with black sesame seeds and crispy green onion garnish. Comes with marinated grilled tofu or chicken.
Chipotle Black Bean with Roasted Pulled Pork ~ organic black beans simmered until tender with smoky roasted pulled pork and chipotle peppers and a fresh mix of green and red bell peppers, onion, garlic, parsley & cilantro.
Minestrone with Cavatappi & Basil Pesto ~ a traditional minestrone soup served with cavatappi pasta and topped with organic homemade basil pesto.
Smoked Salmon Chowder ~ fresh local salmon smoked with apple chips & seasonings and cooked into a rich chowder of Yukon golds, celery, onions, fresh dill, cream and organic chicken stock.
Mellow Yellow ~ a creamy mild curry soup made with yellow curry, yellow lentils, yellow summer squash, fresh ginger, onions, garlic, lime, coconut milk and organic chicken stock.
